Shawn’s Heroes for Life (SHFL) was created in 2017, in memory of Shawn J. McMullen. Shawn, a son, a brother, a friend, a 19 Delta Cavalry Scout in the U.S. Army, and ultimately, an organ donor, lived his (nearly) 27 years making an impact on others. When created, the initiatives of SHFL were to carry out Shawn’s goodness through assistance, awareness, and education regarding Veterans in-need and organ donation.
